Restaurant Kuurna is a quaint
bistro in the quiet neighbourhood
of Kruununhaka.
Paving the way for the Helsinki bistro-boom since 2005, we are dedicated
to our creations and we value high quality ingredients.
The food we serve is the type of food we love to eat: pure, interesting
and always enjoyable. The wine list consists of both classic and natural
wines, sourced from ecologically and socially sustainable producers.
Kuurna is like a second home for us and we warmly welcome everyone
to come and spend an evening and enjoy your time with us.

Our menu changes every three weeks according to what is in season. We also serve often daily specials which you may find on our restaurant blackboard.
The ingredients we use are sourced from local small-scale producers that
we love; they share our values and commitment to good food.
Our meat comes from local producers and the fish
and seafood from the Nordics.
Our cheeses are coming from Lentävä Lehmä and Rolling Cheese.
Our coffee is fresh roasted by Good Life Coffee.

Wines
The wines we serve by the glass are always the recommended pairings for
our dishes. Our cellar list focuses on high quality handcrafted gems.
Drink pairings for a 3-course menu is 43 euros.
Kuurna’s May day eve 30.4.2025
On Wednesday the 30th of April we will be celebrating May Day Eve with a special menu! The 4-course menu price is starting from 69 euros per person.
The menu will be accompanied with a selection of wines from the cellar that we normally don’t serve by the glass. The 4-glass wine pairing is 65 euros.

We can easily take care of allergies and special diets, please just let us know beforehand.
At the moment both seatings are fully booked.
If you like, you can add yourself to the waiting list through the booking system or send us an email info@kuurna.fi with your phone number and desired booking time.
We take reservations between 16:30-17:00 and 20:00-20:45. The table is reserved for your party for three hours from the starting of your reservation.
Email or call us if you have any special diets/allergies, or any requests regarding the reservation.
Please note that we will be serving only the special menu instead of our normal menu.

FROM WHERE IT ALL STARTED?
Since our first classes at culinary school, our ambition has been to become restauranteurs and to elevate the standard of dining experiences in Helsinki.
With a sprinkle of luck and as a result of a lot of hard work, Kuurna’s
ownership has now been passed on to us. We have the pleasure
and honour of continuing the legacy of our favourite restaurant.
